Last updated: 14 May 2026. These terms govern your use of the website Pluzarinshimor.world (the “Site”) operated by Pluzarinshimor.world (“we”, “us”) from Finland. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
We provide the Site in English. Where these terms refer to Finnish law, the authoritative interpretation of mandatory provisions follows the Finnish language versions of statutes where applicable.
The operator is established in Finland. For legal, tax, and consumer-information purposes the trader is identified by the Finnish Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3250442-2, with the address and contacts shown in the footer of every page.
1. Informational purpose and no professional advice
The Site offers general lifestyle information about everyday meals, seasonal ideas, and kitchen habits. It is not tailored medical, nutritional therapy, or emergency advice. For personal health or allergy decisions, consult qualified professionals (for example physicians or registered dietitians in Finland).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape the Site in a way that degrades service for others, or introduce malware. We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe abuse has occurred.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the content, layout, branding, and graphics on the Site. You may browse and print or download reasonable extracts for private, non-commercial use. You may link to public pages in a normal way that does not suggest endorsement where none exists. Republication of large parts of the Site requires our prior written consent unless a mandatory exception under Finnish copyright law (for example citation rights) applies.
Finnish copyright law (Tekijänoikeuslaki) and related provisions apply to the extent relevant.
4. Third-party services
The Site may load fonts, icons, or other assets from third-party networks. Those services are provided under the third party’s terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy. By using forms or optional cookies you acknowledge those documents where they apply.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory Finnish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising from use of or reliance on the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct loss, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to what is reasonable in view of a free informational service, except where Finnish law sets a non-waivable minimum (for example in relation to consumers).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where Finnish law forbids such exclusion, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Consumers and mandatory rights
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki, as amended), mandatory consumer protection rules apply notwithstanding any clause in these terms. You cannot waive those rights in advance in a way that is ineffective under Finnish or EU consumer law.
For cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use any particular alternative dispute resolution body but may participate where appropriate.

8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (including network failures, strikes, war, natural disasters, or authority measures).
9. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, except where mandatory law requires a different procedure for consumers.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction’s non-mandatory rules.
Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your place of residence within the EU/EEA.
